Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was raised by a mixed ethnic family. Her mother is English while her father is Nigerian. She went to The Brit School when she was 14. She was a student at an academy called the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in which she earned a BA in acting. While attending the school, she appeared in numerous stage productions including the King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her acting career with the film Storm Damage. In the years since, she's had guest appearances in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's film debut was in Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), opposite Colin Farrell. Following that success, she played Elisha in the single-episode BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN as well as appearing in six episodes of Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. In 2008, Madekwe landed Bambi, the lead role on ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe played the lead role for How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others. The comedy released in the year 2008. She has performed in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path which was written composed by David Watson.
Madekwe was cast as Ashley Davenport for ABC's show The Beautiful Life. The two-episode drama aired just two weeks on The CW and then it was cancelled. In February of 2011 she was cast as Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. Following her appearance as a regular on the first two seasons the show was announced late May 2013 that she would leave the show after a guest appearance in the first episode from the 3rd season. From 2014 to the year 2016, she appeared on Salem in the role of Tituba. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June 2012. They collaborated in the film Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He also played with her on Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress, was raised in a huge family living in Hamilton, Ontario. Ashley Leggat was a part of Roy and Patty as well her older siblings: Brett, Todd and Bram and Rob. All of her brothers were athletic, and they played baseball as well as hockey during the winter and summer months. Her childhood was spent in the arenas and baseball. Ashley couldn't walk, however she danced. As a result, at the age of 2, she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley was enthralled by dance after this. Ashley participated in the top divisions for jazz, tap hip hop, ballet the lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics as well as pointe until the time she completed high school. In addition, she won top soloists awards in all important dance competitions such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more.
