Shannon Spake

Shannon Spake (born July 23 of 1976) is an NASCAR reporter as well as a college basketball reporter for Fox Sports. She was previously employed by ESPN who she worked as a SportsCenter contributor providing the pre- and post-game update. She also served as a reporter on the sidelines for the SEC for ESPN basketball and football matches. Spake was an additional reporter for SEC Network (owned by ESPN). Spake previously worked for Speed Channel. There, she hosted NASCAR Nation (June through November 2005) in addition to serving as reporter. Additionally, she hosted Back Seat Drivers, a talk show, with Online columnist Marty Smith.
